Plaza Las Americas

Todayyy, almost weekend, and after the weekend I will be starting my internship over here. Which I am very excited about. So, today I went to plaza las Americas; a huge shopping mall and one of the must sees in Cancun. It was huuuuuuuge. In the Netherlands you have some shopping malls but they are not as popular and as big as in the States and apparently in Mexico. I thing there are about 350 stores in here and the building itself is really beautiful, especially the kind of courtyard in the middle where also is a part of the food court. There is a lot of food available over here. I was expecting to not really have that much western shop in Cancun and in this place there were a lottt. Zara, pull and bear, Bershka, Oakly. Everything was there. You have to be careful because the prices are definitely not less than in Europe, I think the shops like Zara are even more expensive because it is a European brand. But it is nice to go here sometime to have a nice shopping day. There was also a grocery store inside and I decided to get some food and take the cab home. After I of course was lost 3 times in this huge mall. Now the cab story; is another one and I will tell you this one tomorrow.
