One of the things Cancun is famous for, is its nightlife. When you are in the centre of the Hotel Zone by night, it looks like a complete different world than during the day. Loud music, dancers, lights and amazing ambience. During spring break it is the most crowded in the clubs but all year long the clubs are crowded with tourists and locals celebrating their night out. 

 

You should know a few things before going out. 

 

- The legal age to drink is 18 years

- You cannot drink alcohol in public streets, only in the restaurants, clubs and bars. 

- The prices in the Hotel Zone are very high (up to 200 dollars regular admission), but in most cases this includes open bar in the club. 

- You will have a personal waiter that also expects a tip from you (100 pesos on average)
