Apparently I took my clumsiness with me to Cancun

I was so annoyed because I bought this adapter for my European electricity plugs to use over here but it just wouldn’t work in my room. It just didn’t, and I had another plug that I could out on my laptop plug, which should also work. But still, nothing worked in any of the outlets. Did I already mention that I was annoyed? No electricity means no laptop, no phone and no Ipod. Not that I am that addicted, but since it was only my second day I really wanted to tell people how my first day went. Okay maybe I am addicted, but everyone is. Anyway, I decided to go to the store to buy a new IPhone charger, which was just as expensive as in the Netherlands so that was a bummer. When I came home I wanted to try the charger immediately and put it in an outlet downstairs. IT WORKED. I was so happy. But then I decided to go upstairs and charge my IPhone over there. However, when I put the charger in the outlet in my room it didn’t work anymore. Then the truth kicked in and I felt sorry for the 20 euros I spend on the charger. It was the electricity that was off in my room… yes, I know. I turned the electricity switch and there it was. Everything was working fine… I didn’t know if I was happy or mad at myself for being this stupid. I just comforted myself and told myself this would happen to anyone. It was not me. Haha sure
